Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options through our partner Nasex:
Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Cost: FREE
- Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed before 7:00 PM to be handed to Nasex after 8:00 PM the same day
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day
RushNow Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-5 hours
- Cost: AED 9.99
- Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed before 7:00 PM for same-day express delivery
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the next business day
Order Processing
Standard Shipping:
- Orders placed before 7:00 PM are handed to Nasex after 8:00 PM the same day
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed the next business day
- Processing and delivery: 1-2 business days total
RushNow Express:
- Orders placed before 7:00 PM are shipped the same day
- Delivery within 2-5 hours from order confirmation
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day
Sunday Orders:
- We are closed on Sundays
- No order processing or deliveries on Sundays
- Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: FREE [or specify cost]
- RushNow Express: AED 9.99
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is handed to Nasex
- Track your shipment using the Nasex tracking system
Delivery
What to Expect:
- Nasex will deliver to the address provided at checkout
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- If you're not available, Nasex will attempt redelivery or leave a notice
Delivery Address:
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Include apartment/villa number, building name, and any special instructions
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
Business Days
- Business days: Monday through Saturday
- Closed: Sundays (no processing or deliveries)
- Public holidays may affect delivery times
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship:
- Outside the UAE
- To P.O. boxes (depending on Nasex policy - adjust as needed)
Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
rushbazaar and Nasex are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours
- We will investigate with Nasex and resolve the issue
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report any damage to the delivery driver and contact us immediately at [your email]
- Provide photos of the damaged package and product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Failed Delivery Attempts
If Nasex cannot deliver your package:
- They will attempt redelivery
- You may be contacted to arrange pickup or reschedule delivery
- Packages not claimed within [specify timeframe] will be returned to us
- Refunds for returned packages may be subject to restocking fees
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the UAE.
