Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from rushbazaar. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Product must not show signs of wear or damage
- Serial numbers and seals must be intact
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened software, games, or digital products
- Personal care items or hygiene products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and authorization
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item back to our returns address
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- rushbazaar is not responsible for items lost in return transit
Refunds
Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Amount:
- Full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs)
- If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

Defective or Damaged Items
